License Types and Company Forms Offered by Dubai South Free Zone
Dubai South Free Zone offers various license types for companies to register under. These licenses include Commercial, Service, and Industrial licenses. The Commercial license enables companies to engage in buying and selling activities, while the Service license allows them to provide professional services within the free zone and throughout the UAE. The Industrial license permits companies to undertake manufacturing activities.
Dubai South Free Zone also provides two legal forms for company incorporation. The first is the Limited Liability Company, also known as Dubai World Centre Limited Liability Company (DWC-LLC). This type of company limits the shareholder's liability towards the company up to their investment only. Shareholders and directors can be located anywhere in the world, and non-UAE nationals can enjoy full ownership of the company. The second legal form is a Branch, which can be opened by existing companies (inside or outside of the UAE) with the same business activity as that of the parent company. The parent company must appoint a general manager for the branch's daily operations, and the branch cannot undertake any activity that the parent company is not authorized to perform.
we value our free zone business partners and we always offer tailored services for our customers to succeed in their business.
